1. About these terms

These terms govern every purchase made on Maviyara's website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; slight variation is natural in handwoven and hand-finished pieces.
• Prices and availability can change without notice, but any order already confirmed will honour the price paid.

3. Order acceptance

• Placing an order and completing payment does not guarantee it will be fulfilled. Every order is reviewed before it is accepted.
• We may decline an order — for example if a piece fails quality check, stock was miscounted, or delivery to your address isn't possible. If declined, any amount charged is fully refunded.
• An order is confirmed only once you receive an acceptance notification.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• For orders under manual review, payment is authorised at checkout and only captured once the order is accepted.

6. Intellectual property

All photographs, designs, logos and written content on this site belong to Maviyara and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Maviyara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or delay/damage in transit beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, force majeure).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
