Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Maviyara collects and how we protect it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account
• Delivery addresses and order history
• Payment status from Razorpay (we never see or store your card or UPI details)

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, send order updates by email and WhatsApp, and provide customer support.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Other data is deleted when you delete your account.

Your rights

You can download your data or delete your account at any time from My account → Privacy & data, or write to care@maviyara.com.
